Sixth Form Enrolment
All applications for September 2024 have now been processed and offers made. We are now in the pre-enrolment stage prior to results in August to confirm courses.
Prior to enrolment
Please be aware of the following restrictions that have been implemented by the admissions software company in order to prevent slow service due to high online traffic this results day.

All login sessions will be capped at 12 minutes, with a countdown displayed on your screen. This is to prevent inactive logins from causing high traffic volume. If your session times out, you will be able to log back in within your time window above. There will also be a queuing system in place that will only be activated if the system nears its capacity.
Enrolment Day checklist for applicants:
Sixth Form enrolment will take place on GCSE results day which is Thursday 22nd August. This year you can enrol online via your Applicaa account.
- Make sure that you have completed the Enrolment Form – available on your Applicaa profile on results day from 8:00am (please see the timings in the table above for internal and external applicants). This should be completed by 3pm.
Confirm data in each section is correct.
- Amend exam results from Predicted to Achieved (see link below for further details)
- Ensure that the courses you want to study are correct
- Upload copies of your exam results to your profile
- Upload a student ID photo
- The Sixth Form team will be available in school to support with enrolment from 8:30am - 12:30pm on Thursday 22nd August. Please come in if you would like to discuss courses or require support with enrolment. Not applied to Ashton Sixth yet?
If you are undecided about your next steps, you can come into Ashton Park School from 8:30am on Thursday 22nd August to discuss your options. We still have spaces available on many of our courses.
All new applicants will be required to complete an application form.
If you are a student who attended Ashton Park School for Year 11, there will be an application link from Applicaa in your school emails.
